For Staff Development/Training Programs we have a large screen TV for direct HDMI cable connection to your laptop in the lounge area otherwise you would need to supply a digital projector for other areas – we have projection screens and white board. See below for indicative room layouts. We can supply iced water but all other drinks must be purchased from the club. Catering is for the hirer to arrange off site.

COST

The commercial cost for this type of event for the main part of the Club is $110 per hour or the smaller Women’s Club room costs $55 per hour. However for community/charitable organizations we can discuss a reduced rate.

AVAILABILlTY

The best days for using the club for these type of events are on Mondays, Wednedays and Fridays which are non playing days for members, which guarantees exclusive use.
Advance booking for end of year events, particularly in the weeks leading to Christmas is advisable by August.

Over the last five years. Many are repeat customers holding a variety of events every year and or a number of times in year.

The Lounge area can be cleared of the rectangular tables and chairs for a sizeable reception milling space. Smaller square tables can be spaced for glasses etc.
